SolTec Innovation provides specialized software solutions for:

  • LiDAR-based road surveying and route planning
  • Workforce dispatch and field operations management
  • Permit management and regulatory compliance
  • AI-powered logistics optimization and automation

User Responsibilities

Account Security

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication when available

Acceptable Use

  • Use the Services only for lawful business purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems

Data Accuracy

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Verify critical data before making operational decisions
  • Maintain appropriate backups of your data

Service Availability & Support

SolTec Innovation retains all rights, title, and interest in our software, algorithms, and proprietary technologies. You retain ownership of your business data.

Your Data

You retain full ownership and control of your business data. We provide tools for data export and maintain your data according to our Privacy Policy.

Our Technology

Our software, including algorithms, user interfaces, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable and accurate services, you acknowledge that:

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • You are responsible for verifying critical operational data
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
  • You should maintain appropriate insurance and backup procedures

Payment & Subscription Terms

Billing

Subscription billing, cancellation, and refund terms are set per product and confirmed in writing at signup.

Price Changes

Pricing changes are communicated in advance according to the terms confirmed at signup for each product.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service with appropriate notice. Post-termination data access terms are confirmed in your agreement.
