Authentication

Data Ownership
You own your data. Route plans, measurements, project information, and other content you create belongs to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account closure, data is deleted according to our retention policies. You can request data export at any time.
Access Controls
SolTec employees access customer data only when necessary for support purposes and with appropriate authorization. All access is logged and audited.
Payment Security
Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant payment providers (Stripe for subscriptions, Square for hardware). SolTec never stores your full credit card information on our servers.
