Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account closure, data handling follows the retention terms in your agreement. You can request data export.
Access Controls
SolTec employees access customer data only when necessary for support purposes and with appropriate authorization. Access practices are described in your agreement.
Payment Security
Payment processing is handled by established third-party payment providers. SolTec never stores your full credit card information on our servers.
