No. Each platform works in different configurations. RoadScope is fully cloud-based. MeasurePRO can run with browser geolocation only or with full LiDAR + RTK-GNSS hardware. Convoy Guardian software runs on phones; the sensor mesh hardware is optional but recommended for full bridge-strike prevention.
